Service Advisor - Hull

Right Car Hull are looking to recruit a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry. You will be a real people person who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with our customers and deliver a great customer service.

You’ll provide estimates, book and schedule service and repair work and accurately invoice for the work carried out. You will keep customers informed and up to date at every stage, you’ll advise on completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries.

You’ll prioritise to ensure that customer’s whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner, and advise on a recommend course of action. You will aim to maximise the service department profitability. You will be a team player who is comfortable at operating in a fast paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.

Service Technician & MOT Tester - Main Dealership – Hull

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technician and MOT Tester to join our busy service department at our Right Car Renault Hull dealership.

As a Vehicle Technician you’ll be responsible for the service, fault diagnosis and repair of all kinds of vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to high standards and paperwork completed accurately.

Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent you will ideally have some previous experience of working in a franchised/high volume dealership. You’ll be competent using diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults.

You’ll be a team player working closely with workshop and service department colleagues to deliver a great customer experience with an efficient turnaround. You will be self-motivated to achieve targets and deadlines.

Seek to generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales
Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.
Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration
