Service Advisor - Hull

Right Car Hull are looking to recruit a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry. You will be a real people person who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with our customers and deliver a great customer service.

You’ll provide estimates, book and schedule service and repair work and accurately invoice for the work carried out. You will keep customers informed and up to date at every stage, you’ll advise on completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries.

You’ll prioritise to ensure that customer’s whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner, and advise on a recommend course of action. You will aim to maximise the service department profitability. You will be a team player who is comfortable at operating in a fast paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.

Service Technician/MOT Tester - Hull

Service Technician & MOT Tester - Main Dealership – Hull

Full Time Position - Excellent rate of pay, training path

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technician and MOT Tester to join our busy service department at our Right Car Renault Hull dealership.

As a Vehicle Technician you’ll be responsible for the service, fault diagnosis and repair of all kinds of vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to high standards and paperwork completed accurately.

Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent you will ideally have some previous experience of working in a franchised/high volume dealership. You’ll be competent using diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults.

You’ll be a team player working closely with workshop and service department colleagues to deliver a great customer experience with an efficient turnaround. You will be self-motivated to achieve targets and deadlines.

Right Car are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales applicants to join our successful team based at ourRenault/Dacia dealership in Grimsby.

Our ideal candidates will have the desire to become as prosperous as possible. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to all successful candidate(s). You will have a keen grasp on good customer service and be a capable people person who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with our customers and prospects and deliver an outstanding browsing/buying experience. Duties and Key Functions / Responsibilities of Entry Level Salesperson:

Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential
Achieve vehicle sales targets whilst maximising profitability
Provide industry leading customer service
Recognise, process and follow-up sales prospects
Seek to generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales
Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.
Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration

Ford Apprentice Technician

An automotive apprenticeship helps people gain experience, knowledge and qualifications. On this programme at Right Car you will receive training on the latest automotive systems and servicing techniques, providing the first step to becoming a qualified automotive technician and having a fulfilling career.

This apprenticeship combines training with an employment opportunity at a Ford dealership, where you will spend the majority of your time. You will gain knowledge, skills and practical experience in the workplace as well as a Service Training Centre. As an apprentice you will receive both essential theory and practical instruction, learning about automotive systems, diagnosis and repair as you progress.

Completion of the apprenticeship will provide you with an opportunity to stay on at the Ford dealership and move into full employment in the role.
