Service Advisor
Location: Right Car Beverley, Beck View Road, Beverley, East Yorkshire. HU17 OJT
Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry? Right Car Beverley are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and co-ordinate service activity in order to meet customer requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and profitability.
Ensure customers are completely satisfied with the service provided.
Workshop loading.
Creating accurate job cards and invoices for the work carried out.
Able to track workshop jobs and provide updates.
Advising customers regarding repair and VHC advisories.
Understanding customer concerns and needs.
Essential:
Good standard of education with qualifications in Maths and English.
Excellent IT skills in all MS Office packages, internet and email.
Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent customer service/people skills.
Polite, calm and approachable persona.
Must be a team player.
Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision.
Must have flexible 'can do' approach.
Full UK driving license.
Desirable: Proven experience in a customer service or customer facing role - Ideally previous dealership experience.
Experience: Motor Trade: Minimum 2 years (preferred but not essential)
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)

Parts Senior Advisor
If you are a proven Automotive Parts Controller, Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist or Parts Manager, we'd love to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Right Car as a Parts Manager / Parts Advisor at our busy site in Beverley.
As part of a team of specialists your responsibility as a Parts Manager / Parts Advisor will be for the day to day running of the parts department.
You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
